2. Return Policy

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

❌ Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • The product is damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
  • The product shows signs of wear and tear.
  • Return request is made after 7 days of delivery.


3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, card, or wallet).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange in the following cases:

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.


7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
