REFUND, REPLACEMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Return & Replacement Eligibility
At Push2Fit, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement:
• The product must be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
• The replacement request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
We reserve the right to reject replacement requests if the product shows signs of misuse, improper handling, physical damage caused by the customer, or missing components not related to our error.
Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement or refund requests may not be accepted in the following situations:
• Products returned after the 7-day replacement period.
• Items that have been used, assembled, altered, or damaged by the customer.
• Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
• Damage caused by improper installation, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the replacement is due to a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or an error on our part.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our quality team.
Once approved:
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• You will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp once the refund has been initiated.
Delayed Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the processing period:

Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
To request an exchange, please contact our support team with your order details, photographs of the product, and a description of the issue. Once approved, you will receive further instructions regarding the exchange process.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Customers may instead request a replacement or refund as per the terms outlined in this policy.
