At Push2Fit, we strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during promotional periods may require additional processing time.

In the event of any unexpected delay, our team will notify you via email, phone, or WhatsApp with updated delivery information.

Delivery Time

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. Most orders are delivered within 4–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, remote locations, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and tracking link via WhatsApp, email, or SMS. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account on our website and visiting the My Orders section.

Delivery Address

Damaged or Missing Packages

If you receive a damaged package or if any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant photographs and order details so that we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
